These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ETA Solutions website and tools, including the Smart Marketing Mix Calculator (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Marketing Mix Calculator
The calculator and any estimates, budgets, splits, or recommendations it produces are provided for general informational and planning purposes only. They are indicative estimates, not a guarantee of results, pricing, or media availability. Final scope, pricing, and deliverables are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement signed with ETA Solutions.
3. Proposal requests
Submitting a proposal request does not create a binding contract. It is an invitation for ETA Solutions to contact you. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to ETA Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
